Welcome: "Everybody knows how to cook baked potatoes"

Welcome to my l̶i̶v̶e̶j̶o̶u̶r̶n̶a̶l̶ blog. The inspiration for the title of this site is primarily is primarily from the song Baked Potato by Leatherface, with the chorus including:

“Everybody knows how to cook baked potatoes. Everybody knows but they still tell you.”

And follow along to the lyrics if you'd like. I think those are fairly accurate.

A lot of the content will also be focused on my journey to connecting with Ireland (tracing my roots and such), and well, potatoes obviously abound with that as well.
